The cantilever structure type design of this pump has made it widely well known as the cantilever pump, is actually a centrifugal pump, wherein only the impeller and casing parts are submerged in the tank/sump to accomplish a respective operation, whereas other parts of the pump remains out of the fluid that ultimately eliminates the degradation of the submerged joints caused by the abrasive liquids. All parts of this cantilever pump have manufactured from the S.S, M.S, C.I and PP (polypropylene) material and hence ensures the longer life expectancy.

The cantilever type design has made it a world famous to move slurries and abrasive liquids without failing and also for the low power consumption aspect, is available in vertical design as well as the horizontal design with different number of impellers as per the end user application need.

The Salient Features of Cantilever Pump:

In this type of PP pump, shafts are equipped with PP sleeve supported in the upper part by means of a heavy ball bearing and in the lower part by means of a bearing bush.
In M.S. or S.S. Pump shaft is En-8 or SS-316
In this polypropylene pump, impeller is a semi open type, balanced by back wanes or in case of large impeller diameters, holes and ware rings are balanced at both sides.
The direct thread is used for the reliable fixing of the impeller
The bearing bracket is promised to be robust
The centrifugal design ensures noise free and vibration free operations
